Bars is a Ukrainian cruise-missile drone with a jet engine and a payload of up to 105 kg, depending on the modification. The first batch was manufactured in Germany, funded by the German side and delivered to Ukraine in October. The Ukrainian side reported Starlink speed restrictions on 14 October.
